Welcome to the Southern Region’s Program Highlights page.  We hope you find this page useful in fulfilling program requirements in your council.  We will Endeavour to keep this page fresh with current information and tools that you can use.  Our windows will probably change from time to time to provide additional information you have requested. 

We plan to begin a “Best Methods” window soon.  Its success will depend on your contributions.  We will put a question in the Spotlight and ask you to respond.  We will concentrate on outdoor programs and how they can contribute to better retention of our youth.  All responses will be reviewed by the program committee and posted for your benefit.
