A lodge has several youth who would like to attend the National Leadership Seminar, but are not yet fifteen years of age. Is it stated anywhere that an exception could be made to let these youth attend the National Leadership Seminar?
If a youth O/A member will turn 15 during his term of office, and the lodge contacts the region for approval, he may attend a National Leadership Seminar.
